The site enables you to consult Government Explanatory Memoranda (EMs) on EU documents submitted to Parliament from April 2012 together with the corresponding EU institutional document and related Ministerial letters. Each record holds the primary EU document on which an EM is based; for copies of annexes to these EU documents please consult the EU institutions' websites referenced from this page where they can be downloaded. For copies of letters to Ministers from the Chairs of the two Parliamentary Scrutiny Committees please consult the Committees' websites using the links referenced on this page.
